Refund Policy

1. Seller of record

Purchases of Onboardo are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms), which set out your statutory buyer rights.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of your current paid period.

3. Refunds

If you are unhappy, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will consider a refund of that period where the service has not been materially used, consistent with Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are issued via Paddle.

5. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any non-excludable statutory rights you may have.
