These terms are between you and Simplepage Limited, Isle of Man (company no. 139122C), and govern your use of Onboardo at onboardo.im.
Onboardo is self-serve subscription software for running client quote, e-signature and onboarding flows. No human-driven services are included in the subscription.
You are responsible for your account, your credentials and the acts of your users.
You must not use Onboardo for anything unlawful, infringing, abusive or high-risk, and must not attempt to breach its security or resell it without our permission.
Purchases are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record, charges you and handles applicable taxes. Plans renew until cancelled, and prices may change on notice.
You are the controller of the client personal data you process through Onboardo. You must have a lawful basis and provide any required notices. Electronic signatures captured are your records, and you are responsible for their use.
We own Onboardo and all related intellectual property. You own the content you create.
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior twelve months, to the extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate, and we may suspend the service for breach or risk.
